Two years ago we sought to build an Aussie Spec house at an affordable price point. Unfortunately after touring facilities across Australia and China we couldn’t find any suppliers who could meet our requirements – so we built our own factory with the help of some friends and partners.
The results; we ended up with all the best suppliers for our own homes, now they’re all available to you – with our engineers, admin and QC team. They also arrange logistics and paperwork door to door.

Trade Finance Makes the Difference
Other than ensuring that you are dealing direct with the manufacturer in China, another challenge is the payment terms that Chinese factories require. 30% deposit and balance prior to shipping is typical. Having valuable working capital tied up “off shore” can be a barrier to importers and can impact cash flow. That being despite the considerable savings in going direct versus obtaining payment terms from local wholesalers/retailers UES Global partners with a leading Australian Finance company to assist our clients in obtaining Trade Finance. This facility is an unsecured and off balance sheet credit fund that can be used to pay up front. Savings from sourcing through UES Global far outweigh the cost of the finance facility.
